In August 2022, less than 5% of Fortune Global 500 companies were run by female CEOs. Women face systemic disadvantage in the workplace, and it’s not good enough.

Reflections With is an advocate for women in business and art. We are a platform and publication for others to tell their stories, be raw about their struggles and give real advice to readers. We aim to raise awareness, representation and conversation as we break the status quo and change the statistics.    

Gender equality and women supporting women are passions that Reflections With founders, Taylor Black and Melissa David share. It was a wholesome Autumn day in Melbourne, Australia when they covered their walls in sticky notes and clippings from business and art publications, stealing sips of lemon tea in between visioning and discussion. The future was clear, and they didn’t just want to create it; they wanted to create it with warmth and authenticity.
